Audiobox Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our music creation and sharing platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload. However, by uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform. If you allow a user to collect your song through the platform, they gain commercial rights to your content and are considered collectors for the life time of their account.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You must only upload content that you have created or have the rights to use. Uploading copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Content

Users are prohibited from uploading content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate content in profile pictures, song images, playlist images, and song content. Uploading such content may result in immediate blacklisting from our platform.

5. DMCA and Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our copyright agent.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms, including the uploading of inappropriate content as described in section 4.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Subscriptions

We offer subscription services through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee on a recurring basis.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices upon notice. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• Some features of our platform may only be available to subscribers. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from our subscription plans at any time.
